<note tip><fs large>If you already know where the math building (Sophie Germain) is, the building Halle aux Farines (HAF) is not far, but it is not the math building.</fs></note> <note tip><fs large>A map of Paris Diderot Campus is here and the building Halle aux Farines (HAF) is quickly and easily accessible from the metro stop (Bibliothèque, metro line 14 and ReR C). Finding the rooms 580F and 410B is harder and precise directions are posted below.</fs></note>

Directions are given considering that you are entering HAF from the Allée des Grands Moulins (it is really a square). You can enter HAF from the other side (rue Françoise Dolto) and suitable symmetries will have to be applied to follow the directions.

  • For room 580F (Salle des Thèses): enter HAF from the big entrance that is closer to the river (la Seine), it is marked Hall E. Hall F is closer to the river so make immediately left (do not take the large stairs!) and take the staircase marked F and go to the 5th floor. The room is close to the exit of the staircase. The building is symmetric so if you do not go immediately left you find a second possibility with another F staircase and an elevator.
  • For room 410F : enter HAF from the big entrance marked Hall C. You have to go to Hall B (hence to your right) and you can do that immediately if you want to take the elevator: you have to go right, then make a left in front of Amphi A (you cannot go straight without entering it) and a right again almost at the end of the aisle (there are arrows for the elevator). If you take the stairs you have to take first the large stairs to the first floor, go to the direction of Hall B and take the staircase B. Once you are on the fourth floor, 410B is on the rue Dolto side (not difficult to find, at this point).
