Résumé :

Abstract- First I will sketch the variational approach to solving nonlinear wave equations which is due to Serra and Tilli. Then I will explain how to adapt this method to obtain global existence of solutions to a nonlinear wave equation with multiplicative white noise potential for general (possibly energy supercritical) powers. Based on joint work with M. Gubinelli.
