Sujet : The Calderón Problem through the eyes of a probabilist

Résumé :

Inverse Problems cover many areas within science such as Harry Potter's Invisibility Cloak to detection of tumours. What might besurprising to some is that the science behind Invisibility or Tumourdetection is very much a mathematical problem. For mathematicians, in particular microlocal analysts, this problem is known as the Calderón Problem. In this talk we will present the Calderón Problem as well as some probabilistic interpretations of the Calderón Problem utilising the theory of Reflected Stochastic Differential Equations.
